Kjell Ideskär could be seen as swedens pioneer in the area of digital fishing permits. He started back in 2001 with fiskekortet.com and is thus the oldest provider of digital permits. 2010 Fiskekortet.com and iFiske.ax was brought together, and Kjell is now an important part of iFiskes business. In his free time he devote a lot of time to fishing.
